1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
To initiate a return, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for return approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or worn malas and bracelets
- Customized or specially made products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout through our payment gateway partner within 5–7 business days.
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

6. Shipping Charges for Returns
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
7. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
